Notes:
• Commissions will be done through Google Forms where I review each form and approve the ones I would like to take. Make sure to check out the details and information in the "Preference, Process, & Terms" tab below before filling one out.
• I mainly draw masculine characters with faceless features (hidden face, wearing helmet, mask, etc.) or non-human (skull head, monsters, robots etc.) You may request characters outside this criteria but are less likely to be selected.
• All commission options have solid color/gradient backgrounds. You may request to change the color or add simple surfaces.
• All commission options are full-body, unless requested to create with a specific composition.
• Pose, gesture, and expression are given by the client or left to my choice.
• Price may increase further depending on level of detail.
• Commission may take up to a maximum of six months to complete from the date of filling the form.

Process

📝 STEP 1 : FILL OUT THE FORM
To request a commission slot, you must fill out the commission form I've provided here via Google Forms . Make sure to have visual references of your character/s of choice. Please note that submitting a form does not guarantee a slot as I will be reviewing commission forms based on interest and workload.📩 STEP 2 : CONFIRMATION
If your form was accepted, I'll send out a Twitter/X DM or email confirming and accepting your commission. Ensure to keep your Twitter/X DMs open if you selected it as your contact detail.
Note: If you did not receive a response after filling out the form, unfortunately, not all submissions get accepted as the selections are based on what I'm most comfortable with and which I can finish within a reasonable amount of time. Sorry :(

⏳ STEP 3 : WAIT IN QUEUE
I will also tell your queue number once I've reached out to you. You will have to wait until the commission request before you has been completed. The progress of the queue will be updated in my Twitter bio. Once your commission reaches the front of the queue, I will reach out again to confirm your commission before I start any work.
Note: This phase could potentially take a long time (ranging from 14 to 180 days) as I try to ensure that I'm in a proper condition to draw in order to keep the quality of my commissions.

💳 STEP 4 : INITIAL SKETCH & PAYMENT
After I've reached out to confirm your commission after queue, I will work an initial sketch of your commission and send it for feedback (max of 4 revisions).After the sketch is approved, I will issue an invoice before resuming any work to your commission. Payment must be completed within 72 hours, otherwise the commission may be cancelled and the slot forfeited.🖼️ STEP 5 : COMPLETION & REVISIONS
After payment is received, I will continue working on the commission until completion and send a preview of the artwork to ask again for your feedback. Revisions can be made and done as long as they are feasible.📦 STEP 6 : DISTRIBUTION OF FILES
I'll send the hi-res image file/s via Google Drive once you have approved the final output.
Terms of Service
EDITS/REVISIONS OF ARTWORK:
• During the sketch/line-art phase, you may request for edits up to a maximum of 4 times.
• You may request revisions of the final output as long as they are feasible. This will count to the same 4 max. amount of edits.
• Further edits after the limit will cost an extra $5 fee per edit.PAYMENT:
• Payments are done via Paypal
• Payment currency must be in USD.
• Invoice will be made after the initial sketch has been approved by client. Payment must be made within 72-hours of sending out the invoice, otherwise your commission will be cancelled.WORKTIME LENGTH AND DELAYS:
• Your commission may take up from 2-8 weeks to be delivered. Do note that I try to ensure that each commission I work on is done at my best quality.
• You will be informed of any delays or postponement in case I have become busy with real-life responsibilities or have ongoing health problems. Otherwise, rest assured that I won't abandon working on your commission unless you request for its cancellation.REFUNDS:
• You may only request for a full refund if your commission has not been completed in 60 days after paying the invoice.RIGHTS OF IMAGE:
• You are free to use the commissioned artwork for any non-commercial purposes, such as profile icons, banners, character galleries, social media posts etc.)
• You cannot use the commissioned artwork for commercial reasons without my permission (e.g. selling of prints, merchandise, or any product that contains the commissioned artwork.) If you wish to use them for this purpose, please discuss them with me before the transaction.
• I am likely to post and publish the commissioned artwork in my social platforms and use them for my portfolios. If you want to keep the commissioned artwork private, do let me know and I will refrain from posting it publicly.
